The Nepal Telecom website offers a Self-Care feature that allows users to manage their accounts and transfer their balance. Visit the website and access the Self-Care feature to initiate the balance transfer process.





How to Transfer Balance using the Nepal Telecom App:

  1. Download and install the Nepal Telecom App from the official app store.
  2. Open the app and log in to your account using your credentials.
  3. Locate the "Transfer Balance" feature within the app's interface.
  4. Enter the recipient's phone number and the desired transfer amount.
  5. Confirm the transfer and authenticate the transaction using any required security measures, such as a PIN or biometric authentication.
